• Pre-registration and Pre-payment are required for all courses to reserve your space in class.
• We do not accept Payments with Check

• At CPRClassToday.com we do not cancel classes due to low attendance but we do reserve the right to cancel classes if you do not meet the minimum registration requirements or if online class registration is not done in a timely matter.
• If cancellations are made by CPRClassToday.com will be email to customers who registered and  paid on-line. The email  will be sent to the email that was provided during registration. We will reschedule the class at no extra fee.
• If a rescheduled class or skills test is cancelled by CPRClassToday.com, we will NOT issued a refund. We will allow the student to reschedule the class at no extra charge. Rescheduling a class is subject to cancellation without any notice
• All communications will be done through email to help keep track of the progress.

• We have a 72 hours cancellation policy in order to receive a refund. YOU “MUST” cancel 72 hours BEFORE the class
• If you do not cancel 72 hours before your  class you waive your right to receive a refund.
• All cancellation request must be in WRITING through email at: info@cprclasstoday.com.
• Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.
• When a refund is granted, the refund transaction may take up to 30 days.
• You do NOT qualify for a refund if your don’t show up to the class and/or you requested to reschedule the class.
• NOTE: By signing up within 72 hours of a class you automatically waive your right to receive a refund.

• WE ARE SUSPENDING ALL WALK-INS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 NATIONAL EMERGENCY. PLEASE REGISTER AND PAY ON-LINE.
• Walk-ins are welcome but they do not guarantee a space in class. Our class size is limited. PLEASE CHECK ONLINE in advance to check on availability and if you see a class available PLEASE SIGN UP ONLINE.
• Walk-ins are NOT allowed in ACLS & PALS classes or any skills test sessions. Please sign up online in advance to avoid cancellations.
• Walk-ins students are subject to class cancellation without any notice.

• As a service to our clients we will keep track of individual and company certification
  dates and will notify you 30 days prior to your card’s expiration.
• We collect information after students register for a CPR class including name, address, phone number, and email.
• This information is used to contact the student to remind them about their upcoming
  class, or let them know when their certification card expires.
• This information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

• None of our courses includes a training manual. Please visit the American Heart Association website to purchase an eBook. AHA requires students to purchase a book or ebook for the class.

• Please be patient with our abilities to return phone calls or answer e-mails. We received many calls and emails.
• We may be on the other line with a customer or in a training session. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
• Business hours are Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 12pm. Times may vary.
• During class our ability to answer phone calls and emails is limited, PLEASE BE PATIENT.
• We may or may not return phones calls or emails after business hours.

• To reschedule a class you need to write at: info@cprclasstoday.com. Please read our rescheduling class policies. ALL requests may take up to 48hrs to 72hrs to get a answer/confirmation.

• Any class in the calendar is open for you to register. If a class is no longer available please register for the next available class.
• All registrations and payments MUST be submitted through our website.

• We have the right to refuse service to anyone.*If someone is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, presents with bad personal hygiene, has aggressive or bad behavior they will be ask to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.*If someone is rude over the phone to any of our staff member, the phone call will be terminated immediately.*If someone writes an offensive and rude email, the email will be ignored and deleted.*If you talking on the phone or texting  and don’t comply with our request to put your phone away while the class is in progress you will be ask to leave and reschedule for another day. No refund and you will have to pay full price to reschedule the class.*If you’re on you social media with your phone and don’t comply with our request to put your phone away while the class is in progress you will be ask to leave and reschedule the class. No refund and you will have to pay full price to reschedule the class.We have small breaks where you can check your social media, text or call. Please do NOT disturb the class in progress.We have zero tolerance for such behavior.

• CPR Class Today does not offer child care services in our facilities and we don’t have a waiting area.
• Only customers with a paid ticket are allow in class.
• ***PARENTS: Please make the necessary childcare arrangements. We do NOT offer childcare services.

• To reschedule a class that a student paid and forgot to attend, please take the following steps:
  • To reschedule a class that you paid for and you didn’t show up to the class, you will need to write a request by email to info@cprclasstoday.com. In that email you will need to let us know the date and time you would like to reschedule the class for. NOTE: FOR BLS NEW/RENEWAL CLASSES WE DO NOT RESCHEDULE ON SATURDAYS. If you submit a rescheduling fee payment we can reschedule for a Saturday, again only with a rescheduling fee payment.
  • If the day is open and available we will let you know by email.
  • **Please do not register online, send us an email first. ***A response to a request may take up to 72 hrs, please be patient.

  No Option to Reschedule $75.00, Terms and Conditions

  • For the new purchases starting Monday 03/27/2023 the $75 BLS class New or Renewal will not have free Rescheduling option.
  • If you miss the class you will pay a $50.00 rescheduling fee.
  • If you need to reschedule the class  please write to us at info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com There will be $50.00 rescheduling fee.
  • You can not purchase the $85 rescheduling option after the 72hrs cancellation policy or if  you missed the class for the $75 payment. There will be $50.00 rescheduling fee.
  • We do not reschedule BLS Classes on Saturdays. Please read our policies.
  • All rescheduling requests MUST be submitted within 24 hours by email to info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com after the original scheduled class and after submitting the rescheduling fee. We will not reschedule the class past the 24 hours period and students must sign up for another class. You will pay the full price.
  • If a reschedule class is approved you will have up to 5 business days to take the reschedule class or per CPRClassToday.com discretion.

  • First time rescheduling is free. Second time rescheduling there is a $50.00 rescheduling fee.

  • If a reschedule class is approved you will have up to 5 business days to take the reschedule class or per CPRClassToday.com discretion.

  TO RESCHEDULE A BLS New or Renewal Class.

  • Please do not register online, send us an email first. After you submit your request it may take up to 72 hours for a response or longer depending on your request.
  • Please be patient with our abilities to answer emails. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please read our Customer policy in our policy page.
  • Once we process your request we will let you know via email the class we have available to reschedule your class. We only can reschedule a class when a class is available and there are open seats.
  • If a reschedule class is approved you will have up to 5  business days to take the reschedule class or per CPRClassToday.com discretion.
  • We do NOT offer credit for a missed class.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a rescheduled class without any notice.
  • You MUST confirm your rescheduled class 48 hours prior to the class with an email or your name will be taken off the roster. We will not reschedule again.
  • We don’t reschedule a reschedule class.
  • We can reschedule you a third time after you submit a full payment.
  • If you don’t show up to the class for the third time you will need to register and pay for another class.
  • ALL Rescheduling fees must be paid in full before we can issue rescheduling date.
  • If a rescheduled class or skills test is canceled by CPRClassToday.com, we will NOT issue a refund. We will allow the student to reschedule the class at no extra charge.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS to any of these rules. All requests MUST be in writing through email, no request over the phone will be accepted.
  • Rescheduling a class is subject to cancellation without any notice and we do NOT guarantee a specific date and/or time.
  • All skills test sessions rescheduling must pay a rescheduling fee. Please read skills test session policies.
  • We recommend the students not to miss the original class date scheduled.
  • We reserve the right to deny rescheduling class or skills test session due to any persons bad behavior, comply to our policies and any aggression towards any of our staff member.
  • This policy those not apply to the BLS $60 Special Class.
  • NOTE: FOR BLS NEW/RENEWAL CLASSES WE DO NOT RESCHEDULE ON SATURDAYS. If you submit a full payment we can reschedule for a Saturday class.

• TO RESCHEDULE A HeartSaver Class.

  • You are allowed to reschedule a HeartSaver class at no extra charge ONLY the first time you missed the class or requested to reschedule the class.

  • For the students who did not pass the BLS Skills Test, the student must sign up on-line by going to CPRClassToday.com and register and the rescheduling fee for another day.

• If you missed the class/skills test session for the third time you need to schedule a new class/skills test session.

• All rescheduled classes/skills test sessions are subject to changes such as date, time and cancellations.

• If you need a copy of your AHA ecard certificate because you erase your AHA email by accident, don’t have access to your email, lost your PDF file, forgot your password to your AHA and email account, we can send you a copy to your email for a service fee of $30.00.
• Upon verification of class attendance, we can send you a copy of your AHA ecard certificate to your email. To request a copy please click here.
• NOTE: You can retrieve your ecard for FREE by going to https://ecards.heart.org/student/myecards to search for your ecard. All you need is to enter your first, last name and email address.
