Payment Policy
- To secure your spot in class, pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all courses. We do not accept payments by check.
Our Cancellation Class Policy
- At CPRClassToday.com, we do not cancel classes due to low attendance. However, we reserve the right to cancel classes if minimum registration requirements are not met or if registration is not completed in a timely manner. If a class is canceled by CPRClassToday.com, registered and paid customers will be notified via email. We will reschedule the class at no extra fee. However, no refunds will be issued for canceled rescheduled classes. Any cancellation or rescheduling will be communicated through email to ensure proper tracking.
Refund Policy
- To receive a refund, you must cancel your class at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made in writing through email to info@cprclasstoday.com. Cancellations made by phone will not be accepted. Refund processing may take up to 30 days. Please note that refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the class. If you fail to attend the class or request to reschedule, no refund will be given. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
RQI Self-guided Courses Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that our RQI Self-Guided Courses is a third-party sale and all bookings are considered final. There is no cancellation policy applicable to this course. Once you have signed up, your purchase is non-refundable, and the 72-hour cancellation policy does not apply.
We appreciate your understanding, and please be aware that no exceptions will be made.
Walk In Policy
- We are suspending all walk-ins until further notice. Please register and pay online to ensure a spot in class. Walk-ins are welcome but do not guarantee class availability. For ACLS, PALS, and skills test sessions, please register online in advance to avoid cancellation. Walk-ins may be canceled without notice.
Information Collection Policy
- We collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email during registration. This information is used for class reminders and certification expiration notifications. We will never sell, rent, or share your information.
Training Manual Policy
- All courses require students to purchase their own training manual. Please visit the American Heart Association website to purchase the eBook.
Customer Communication Policy
- We strive to return phone calls and emails as quickly as possible. Our business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 9 AM to 12 PM. During classes, communication may be delayed, so please be patient. For rescheduling or other inquiries, please email info@cprclasstoday.com. Expect a response within 48–72 hours.
Customer Conduct Policy
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Disruptive behavior, including intoxication, poor hygiene, aggression, or non-compliance with class rules (e.g., phone use during class), will result in immediate removal from the class without a refund.
Child Care | Waiting Area Policy
- We do not offer child care or a waiting area. Only registered and paid students are allowed in class. Parents are responsible for making alternative childcare arrangements.
Reschedule Policy
- If you need to reschedule a class or skills test session, please send a written request to info@cprclasstoday.com within 24 hours of the original class date. Rescheduling fees apply. Please note that we do not reschedule on Saturdays, and all rescheduling requests must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the class.
