Who Can Participate?

The Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED Course is designed for a wide variety of individuals with little or no medical training who require a course completion card to meet workplace, regulatory, or personal preparedness requirements.

No prior medical experience is required.

United States Coast Guard (USCG) Credential Requirement

Important Notice for U.S. Coast Guard Applicants

Students intending to use their American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED certification for United States Coast Guard (USCG) credentials must also obtain a USCG Approval Certificate.

We can provide the required USCG Approval Certificate upon request.

CERTIFICATION - ECARD

•  American Heart Association.
• The American Heart Association Is The Only Certificate Accepted In Major Hospitals, Clinics, Hospice Care.
• The certificate Valid 2 years. The eCard is issued on the day of the class.

What's The Process To Register For A Class And Receive A Certificate?

• Choose a Class. Read the description of the class.
• Register and Pay online for the class. Read your ticket information.
• Attend the Class/Training on the day you register for the class.
• Once you complete the Class/Training you will receive a Certificate from American Heart Association on the same day valid for 2 years.

Why the Rescheduling Protection when booking a class?

• ​This is an add-on for the student to reserve the option to reschedule at a discount price if they are not sure about the date they are registering for. The student pays an extra, non-refundable fee during the initial registration process.

Rescheduling Policy

To request a reschedule, a non-refundable rescheduling fee is required. Please follow these steps:

1. Email Request: Send a rescheduling request to info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com within 24 hours of the original class or skills test date and time.

2. Rescheduling Fee: Submit your non-refundable rescheduling fee along with your request.

3. Date & Time Selection: In your email, specify the date and time you'd like to reschedule your class. Please note: We do not reschedule on Saturdays.

4. Availability Confirmation: If the requested time is available, we will confirm via email after processing your fee.

5. Do Not Register Online: Please do not register online to reschedule. Always send us an email first.

6. Response Time: You may receive a response to your request within 72 hours. Kindly be patient.

7. Confirmation Requirement: You must confirm your rescheduled class 48 hours prior to the new class date via email.

8. Full Payment Required: All rescheduling fees must be paid in full before confirmation of your new class date.

9. No Show Policy: If you do not attend the rescheduled class for the third time, you will be required to pay the full class fee.

10. No Exceptions: All requests must be made in writing via email. We will not accept requests over the phone.

11. Rescheduling Deadline: All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original scheduled class. After this period, you will need to sign up and pay for another class.

12. Rescheduling Window: Classes can be rescheduled up to 5 days, including weekends and holidays, from the original class date.

13. Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any rescheduled class without prior notice, and we do not guarantee a specific date or time.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of your refund eligibility.

1. Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.

2. Refund Processing Time: If a refund is granted, please allow up to 30 days for the transaction to be processed.

3. No Refund for No Shows: You will not be eligible for a refund if you do not attend the class. You can request to reschedule for a fee. 

4. Waiver of Refund Rights: By signing up for a class within 72 hours of the scheduled time, you automatically waive your right to a refund.

5. Acknowledgment of Policies: By registering online, you acknowledge, agree to, and accept the terms outlined in the CPRClassToday.com policies.

At CPRClassToday, we prioritize the health and safety of our students. Our facility is maintained with daily cleaning routines, with special attention given after each class. In addition, we follow a strict series of cleanliness protocols throughout the duration of each class to ensure a safe environment.

Do I Receive a Confirmation Email After Submitting Payment?

Yes, once your payment is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please be aware that depending on your email security settings, this email may be delivered to your spam or junk folder. We recommend checking these folders if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.
