Who Can Participate?

CERTIFICATION - ECARD

•  American Heart Association.
• The American Heart Association Is The Only Certificate Accepted In Major Hospitals, Clinics, Hospice Care.
• The certificate Valid 2 years. The eCard is issued on the day of the class.

Quick 3-Step Checklist

Please follow these three simple steps to complete your certification:

1. Check Your Email for Your HeartCode® Access Code
We will send you a separate email containing your American Heart Association HeartCode® access code.
Follow the instructions in that email to begin your online training.

2. Complete the Online Course
Use your access code to complete the AHA HeartCode® online course before your scheduled skills session.

3. Attend Your RQI Skills Session
After completing the online portion, attend your scheduled RQI Self-Guided Skills Session at:

Claiming CEUs for HeartCode and AHA Classes

Upon completing the HeartCode course or claiming your eCard after class, please log into your AHA account dashboard to claim your Continuing Education Units (CEUs). CEUs must be claimed within 6 months of class attendance. After this period, CME/CE credits will no longer be available for this activity

Rescheduling Policy

To request a reschedule, a non-refundable rescheduling fee is required. Please follow these steps:

1. Email Request: Send a rescheduling request to info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com within 24 hours of the original class or skills test date and time.

2. Rescheduling Fee: Submit your non-refundable rescheduling fee along with your request.

3. Date & Time Selection: In your email, specify the date and time you'd like to reschedule your class. Please note: We do not reschedule on Saturdays.

4. Availability Confirmation: If the requested time is available, we will confirm via email after processing your fee.

5. Do Not Register Online: Please do not register online to reschedule. Always send us an email first.

6. Response Time: You may receive a response to your request within 72 hours. Kindly be patient.

7. Confirmation Requirement: You must confirm your rescheduled class 48 hours prior to the new class date via email.

8. Full Payment Required: All rescheduling fees must be paid in full before confirmation of your new class date.

9. No Show Policy: If you do not attend the rescheduled class for the third time, you will be required to pay the full class fee.

10. No Exceptions: All requests must be made in writing via email. We will not accept requests over the phone.

11. Rescheduling Deadline: All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original scheduled class. After this period, you will need to sign up and pay for another class.

12. Rescheduling Window: Classes can be rescheduled up to 5 days, including weekends and holidays, from the original class date.

13. Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any rescheduled class without prior notice, and we do not guarantee a specific date or time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for RQI Self-Guided Course

Please note, our RQI Self-Guided Course is a third-party sale, and all bookings are final. Once you have signed up, your purchase is non-refundable, and the 72-hour cancellation policy does not apply.

• No Refund for No Shows: If you do not attend the scheduled skills test/class, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may request to reschedule the course for a fee.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please be aware that no exceptions will be made.
