- Pre-registration and Pre-payment are required for all courses to reserve your space in class.
- We do not accept Payments with Check
Our Cancellation Class Policy
- At CPRClassToday.com we do not cancel classes due to low attendance but we do reserve the right to cancel classes if you do not meet the minimum registration requirements or if online class registration is not done in a timely matter.
- If cancellations are made by CPRClassToday.com will be email to customers who registered and paid on-line. The email will be sent to the email that was provided during registration. We will reschedule the class at no extra fee.
- If a rescheduled class or skills test is cancelled by CPRClassToday.com, we will NOT issued a refund. We will allow the student to reschedule the class at no extra charge. Rescheduling a class is subject to cancellation without any notice
- All communications will be done through email to help keep track of the progress.
Refund Policy
- We have a 72 hours cancellation policy in order to receive a refund. YOU “MUST” cancel 72 hours BEFORE the class
- If you do not cancel 72 hours before your class you waive your right to receive a refund.
- All cancellation request must be in WRITING through email at: info@cprclasstoday.com.
- Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.
- When a refund is granted, the refund transaction may take up to 30 days.

Once we issue a refund you must check with your financial institution (bank or credit card company) who is responsible for crediting those funds to your account. We do not have control over the transaction after we issue your refund.
- You do NOT qualify for a refund if your don’t show up to the class and/or you requested to reschedule the class.
- NOTE: By signing up within 72 hours of a class you automatically waive your right to receive a refund.

Walk In Policy
- WE ARE SUSPENDING ALL WALK-INS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PLEASE REGISTER AND PAY ON-LINE.
- Walk-ins are welcome but they do not guarantee a space in class. Our class size is limited. PLEASE CHECK ONLINE in advance to check on availability and if you see a class available PLEASE SIGN UP ONLINE.
- Walk-ins are NOT allowed in ACLS & PALS classes or any skills test sessions. Please sign up online in advance to avoid cancellations.
- Walk-ins students are subject to class cancellation without any notice.
Information Collection Policy
- As a service to our clients we will keep track of individual and company certification
dates and will notify you 30 days prior to your card’s expiration. - We collect information after students register for a CPR class including name, address, phone number, and email.
- This information is used to contact the student to remind them about their upcoming
class, or let them know when their certification card expires. - This information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.
Training Manual Policy
- None of our courses includes a training manual. Please visit the American Heart Association website to purchase an eBook. AHA requires students to purchase a book or ebook for the class.
Customer Communication Policy
- Please be patient with our abilities to return phone calls or answer e-mails. We received many calls and emails.
- We may be on the other line with a customer or in a training session. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Business hours are Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 12pm. Times may vary.
- During class our ability to answer phone calls and emails is limited, PLEASE BE PATIENT.
- We may or may not return phones calls or emails after business hours.

- To reschedule a class you need to write at: info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com. Please read our rescheduling class policies. ALL requests may take up to 48hrs to 72hrs to get a answer/confirmation.

- Any class in the calendar is open for you to register. If a class is no longer available please register for the next available class.
- All registrations and payments MUST be submitted through our website.
Customer Conduct Policy
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone.*If someone is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, presents with bad personal hygiene, has aggressive or bad behavior they will be ask to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.*If someone is rude over the phone to any of our staff member, the phone call will be terminated immediately.*If someone writes an offensive and rude email, the email will be ignored and deleted.*If you talking on the phone or texting and don’t comply with our request to put your phone away while the class is in progress you will be ask to leave and reschedule for another day. No refund and you will have to pay full price to reschedule the class.*If you’re on you social media with your phone and don’t comply with our request to put your phone away while the class is in progress you will be ask to leave and reschedule the class. No refund and you will have to pay full price to reschedule the class.We have small breaks where you can check your social media, text or call. Please do NOT disturb the class in progress.We have zero tolerance for such behavior.
Child Care | Waiting Area Policy
- CPR Class Today does not offer child care services in our facilities and we don’t have a waiting area.
- Only customers with a paid ticket are allow in class.
- ***PARENTS: Please make the necessary childcare arrangements. We do NOT offer childcare services.

- Rescheduling fees may apply for some classes and all skills test. Please read our policies for rescheduling a class or skills test.
Reschedule Policy
To reschedule a class or skills test sessions that a student paid and forgot to attend, please take the following steps:
- You must pay a rescheduling fee.
- You will need to write a rescheduling request by email to info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com within 24hrs of the original class or skills test date and time. At the same time you must submit a non-refundable rescheduling fee. On the email you will need to let us know the date and time you would like to reschedule the class for. NOTE: WE DO NOT RESCHEDULE ON SATURDAYS.
- If the day is open and available we will let you know by email after you submit your rescheduling fee.
- **Please do not register online to reschedule a class, send us an email first. ***A response to a request may take up to 72 hrs, please be patient.
- You MUST confirm your rescheduled class 48 hours prior to the class with an email.
- All rescheduling fees must be pay in full before before we can confirm your resched8ling class.
- If you don’t show up to the class for the third time you will need to pay in full the amount of the class.
- NO EXCEPTIONS to any of these rules. All request MUST be in writing through email, no request over the phone will be accepted.
- All Requests MUST be submitted within 24 hours after the original scheduled class. The will be no rescheduling pass the 24 hours, student must sign up and pay again for another day.
- The class can be rescheduled up to but no more than 5 days including weekends and holidays from the original date of the class.
- We reserve the right to cancel a rescheduled class without any notice and we do not guarantee a specific date and/or time.
AHA E-Card Certificate – Copy – Service Fee
- If you need a copy of your AHA ecard certificate because you erase your AHA email by accident, don’t have access to your email, lost your PDF file, forgot your password to your AHA and email account, we can send you a copy to your email for a service fee of $35.00.
- Upon verification of class attendance, we can send you a copy of your AHA ecard certificate to your email. To request a copy please click here.
- NOTE: You can retrieve your ecard for FREE by going to https://ecards.heart.org/student/myecards to search for your ecard. All you need is to enter your first, last name and email address.
