CPR Class Today reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:

• Intoxication or drug influence

• Aggressive or disruptive behavior

• Poor hygiene that disrupts the learning environment

• Disrespectful communication toward staff or students

Students removed from class for these reasons will not receive a refund.

We maintain zero tolerance for abusive or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.

To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone in class, all students must follow our conduct guidelines.

Professional Classroom Environment

Students attending our in-person CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and First Aid training classes are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students at all times.

CPR Class Today reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior.

Students may be asked to leave the class immediately if they:

• Are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

• Display aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior

• Have poor personal hygiene that disrupts the learning environment

If a student is removed from class for these reasons, no refund will be issued.

Phone & Distraction Policy

To maintain a focused training environment:

• Cell phones must remain put away during instruction

• Social media, texting, or phone calls are not permitted during class

• Students must follow instructor requests regarding phone usage

If a student continues using their phone after being asked to stop, they may be asked to leave and reschedule the class.

In this situation:

• No refund will be issued

• The student will be required to pay the full class fee to reschedule

Scheduled breaks will be provided where students may check messages or use their phones.

Respectful Communication

CPR Class Today maintains zero tolerance for abusive or disrespectful communication.

• Rude or aggressive phone calls will be terminated immediately

• Offensive or inappropriate emails may be ignored and deleted

We expect all interactions with our staff to remain professional and respectful.

Child Care & Waiting Area Policy

Child Care Policy

CPR Class Today does not provide child care services at our training facility.

Parents and guardians must make appropriate child care arrangements before attending class.

For safety and classroom management reasons, children are not allowed in the classroom during training sessions.

Waiting Area Policy

Our training site does not have a public waiting area.

Only registered students with a paid class ticket are permitted inside the training facility during class.

This policy helps ensure a safe and professional learning environment for all students attending our CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and First Aid certification classes.

Rescheduling Policy

To request a reschedule, a non-refundable rescheduling fee is required. Please follow these steps:

1. Email Request: Send a rescheduling request to info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com within 24 hours of the original class or skills test date and time.

2. Rescheduling Fee: Submit your non-refundable rescheduling fee along with your request.

3. Date & Time Selection: In your email, specify the date and time you’d like to reschedule your class. Please note: We do not reschedule on Saturdays.

4. Availability Confirmation: If the requested time is available, we will confirm via email after processing your fee.

5. Do Not Register Online: Please do not register online to reschedule. Always send us an email first.

6. Response Time: You may receive a response to your request within 72 hours. Kindly be patient.

7. Confirmation Requirement: You must confirm your rescheduled class 48 hours prior to the new class date via email.

8. Full Payment Required: All rescheduling fees must be paid in full before confirmation of your new class date.

9. No Show Policy: If you do not attend the rescheduled class for the third time, you will be required to pay the full class fee.

10. No Exceptions: All requests must be made in writing via email. We will not accept requests over the phone.

11. Rescheduling Deadline: All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original scheduled class. After this period, you will need to sign up and pay for another class.

12. Rescheduling Window: Classes can be rescheduled up to 5 days, including weekends and holidays, from the original class date.

13. Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any rescheduled class without prior notice, and we do not guarantee a specific date or time.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of your refund eligibility.

1. Cancellation Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info.cprclasstoday@gmail.com. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.

2. Refund Processing Time: If a refund is granted, please allow up to 30 days for the transaction to be processed.

3. No Refund for No Shows: You will not be eligible for a refund if you do not attend the class. You can request to reschedule for a fee. 

4. Waiver of Refund Rights: By signing up for a class within 72 hours of the scheduled time, you automatically waive your right to a refund.

5. Acknowledgment of Policies: By registering online, you acknowledge, agree to, and accept the terms outlined in the CPRClassToday.com policies.
